Carol M. Johnson is a retired local business owner. She is very active in the community and currently serves on several boards including Lee and Beulah Moor Children’s Home, First Tee Greater El Paso, War Eagles Air Museum, and El Paso Pro Musica Foundation. Ms. Johnson is the Chair of the Carol Jean MacGuire Charitable Foundation and the Pan American Round Table of El Paso/Juarez. She is a Founding Supporter of the Borderland Rainbow Center. Ms. Johnson received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso. Ms. Johnson previously served as a director of WestStar Bank from 1995 to 1999 and since 2015.
