Executive Vice President, Chief Client Experience Officer (CCEO)
Yolanda Garcia is Executive Vice President and Chief Client Experience Officer of WestStar since July 2016. In her role, she leads a team focused on client experience strategies through various channels including the branch network, Client Service Center, Operations, Marketing and Product Development.
Yolanda has 34 years of banking experience, most recently as an Area President for a national bank leading teams in El Paso and Southern New Mexico.
She is passionate about financial literacy, and has served for several years on the board of Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest. Yolanda is a current board member of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, and recently served on the board for Project Arriba and BorderPlex Alliance. She is a member of Cristo Rey Catholic church and involved in the choir.
A proud University of Texas at El Paso graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
