With recent updates to our E-Statement platform, you may need to update your browser settings in order to download statements directly to your computer. Any authorized recipients may also need to update their browser settings.
Below are instructions on how to set up PDF downloads for both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
Microsoft Edge
- In the top right corner of the your Edge browser, click on the three dots, then select ‘Settings.‘
- Type ‘pdf’ in the search bar. Scroll down the page and click on ‘PDF documents.'
- Deselect 'PDF view settings' and select 'Always download PDF files.'
Google Chrome
- In the top right corner of your Chrome browser, click the three dots, then select 'Settings.'
- Type ‘pdf’ in the search bar, then select ‘Site settings.’
- Under the 'Additional Content Settings' section, click on 'PDF documents.'
- Select 'Download PDFs.'
