Beginning September 15, 2026, WestStar will standardize the amount of transaction history available through Digital Banking to 24 months.
What’s Changing?
After this update, you will continue to be able to:
- View up to 24 months of transaction history
- Search transaction history
- Download transaction history
Transaction history older than 24 months will no longer be available through Digital Banking.
Action May Be Required
If you, or anyone authorized to access your accounts, may need transaction history older than 24 months for tax preparation, accounting, audits, or personal recordkeeping, please download and securely save those records before September 15, 2026.
Historical Records Remain Available
Transaction history older than 24 months is not being deleted from WestStar's records. Historical records may still be requested through:
- Your Relationship Manager
- The Client Service Center
- Any WestStar branch location
Printed or mailed copies may be subject to applicable fees.
