Wire System Outage Notification – May 14


On Wednesday, May 14, we experienced a temporary outage of our Wire System caused by a configuration change in our interconnected systems. During this time, our Wire Operations team promptly transitioned to our alternate procedures with manual processing of wires to ensure continuity of service until the system was fully restored. Because the transition back from manual processing to Cash Manager is not automated, some wire transactions that were initially entered into Cash Manager may have required re-entry.
